3) Send payment confirmation and photos (label name on back) to Custom Photo

Please send photos using a photo mailer as we cannot be responsible for damage
caused via the mail. Photos will be returned with your order.
Order Production
Once payment confirmation and photos are received, your order will be processed.
Jewelry will be completed and shipped in approximately 2 weeks.
If you need a gift right away just let us know when you send your photo, we'll send
you an online invoice for our $25 RUSH FEE, rushed orders have a 2-3 day
production time. Additional charges for overnight shipping may apply.
Another option we can provide you is a customized printable gift card at no
additional charge, showing your gift recipient exactly what jewelry piece is on the
way. See example here. If you would like to request a printable gift card let us
know when you send your photo.
Selecting Photos
*Any size photo up to 8 x 10 can be used.
*Select photos that are clear and sharp. We will call to discuss if photo is not
appropriate for item. If it is hard to find a picture with all subjects together
looking great, don't worry, we can merge photos together. Just indicate when
sending photos.
*If a portrait is marked with a professional photographer's logo or copyright,
we cannot accept or reproduce it without prior consent from that
photographer. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain permission for use
of professional photos.
Labeling Photos
If sending via e-mail, please send each photo as a .jpg attachment. Send large
resolution files if possible. Do not crop or compress files when sending.
If more than one person is in the photo, please describe which person is to be
used in jewelry piece (e.g. jpg#1 second child from left to be used in BR-001,
sterling silver circle bangle).
If sending via standard mail, please label the back of each photo with jewelry
item # and jewelry description the photo is to be used for. If more than one
person is in the photo please describe which person to be used in jewelry.
(e.g. use second child from left in BR-001) Please use a photo mailer
to protect your photos. Photos will be returned unharmed.
